Welcome to the Bayview I website.

Condo Management

Your Board of Directors consists of up to 5 members who are elected for staggered terms of two (2) years.

The officers are elected by the Directors at an organizational meeting to be held within 10 days following the annual election of board members. Board members may serve as chairman of various committees as approved by the Board upon recommendation of the President. The names of your board members are listed on the Board of Directors tab on the website.

Board meetings are set by the President and are announced via e-mail, and posted on the building’s bulletin boards and on the Bayview I website.
