Bayview I offers numerous amenities including a newly remodeled Community Room, fitness center, swimming pool with spa, and the best views Bonita Bay has to offer. 

 

In 2025 Bayview purchased a new treadmill and elliptical machine for the use of its residents. The new gear is manufactured by MATRIX which is in use in a number of other high rises within our community. The equipment was provided by Commercial Fitness based in Ft Myers.

 

Bayview I's Social Committee provides fun activities throughout the season for all of our residents and guests.

Walking -  12 miles of walking and biking trails that wind throughout Bonita Bay, with wonderful views of marsh lands, wild birds, and wetlands

Pickle Ball - courts available for use in several locations

Private Beach Park - located a 10 to 15 minute drive from Bonita Bay and includes:

• Chaise lounges, beach chairs and umbrellas provided by staff
• Pavilions, picnic tables and grills
• Restrooms and showers
• Complimentary shuttle service from Bonita Bay to Beach Park from mid-November through April
• Casual mid-day food service during the winter season
• Pavilions, restrooms and showers scheduled for completion in 2024, folloing Hurricane Ian
